Before your visit
What should I expect when I arrive?
Harmony Wild is a home-based nail studio, so your appointment takes place in a relaxed, personal setting rather than a traditional salon. Once you've booked, I'll send you everything you need to know about finding me, parking and getting settled in. If it's your first visit and you're not quite sure what to expect, don't worry. I've got you.
I'm not sure which service to book. What should I choose?
No idea what half the words on the service menu mean? You're definitely not alone! 😂 Each service has a description to help you choose, but if you're still unsure, just get in touch before booking and I'll point you in the right direction. I'd much rather help you choose than have you book something you don't need.
Can I have nail art?
Absolutely! Nail art is all about making your nails feel like you. Bring along your inspiration, tell me what you're thinking, or let me work with your ideas to create something together. Nail art is charged separately depending on the design, with prices shown when you book.
What do I need to do before my appointment?
There's no need to arrive with perfect nails or spend your evening preparing for me. 😂 I'll take care of the nail prep as part of your appointment. Just make sure you've checked your booking confirmation for any specific instructions, and come ready to relax.
Can I have a quieter appointment?
Of course. Not everyone wants to chat their way through an appointment, and that's completely okay. If you'd prefer a quieter appointment, just let me know. You can also tell me about any sensory needs, communication preferences or anything else that would help you feel comfortable. There's no judgement here and no need to apologise for what you need.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. I just ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of your treatment cost, which must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Missed appointments without contact will be charged at 100% and may mean I'm unable to accept future bookings.
